This product is produced by only two factories in the world, the first one resides in Argentina, the second one is made by Lamis Group. The so called Dulce De Leche, consists of a concentrated fresh milk with vanilla or chocolate, that can be used in making Ice Cream & Pastries or can be eaten like in the photos.
